United Branches Contracting Co. Ltd. was established in 2009 in Jeddah by a technically experienced team whose capabilities aligned naturally with complex and specialized construction. Although our early work included schools and healthcare facilities, the nature of our team’s expertise led us toward the industrial sector. From factories and warehouses to effluent treatment and power plants, our focus has remained on projects that demand engineering precision, coordination, and execution discipline. Today, UBC operates across the Kingdom and has expanded regionally to Morocco and Algeria, continuing to grow through the strength of our core values.
At UBC, we believe it can always be done. That mindset has driven us since 2009 — helping us deliver complex industrial projects with precision and speed. We don’t just execute; we solve. Our goal is always a win-win: building trust, delivering value, and finding solutions that work for everyone.
